Ready for something new? We are looking for an outstanding front office receiptionist to join our team in providing ideal dentistry to our patients in an enjoyable atmosphere. Our technically advanced, service-oriented office requires someone self-motivated, able to take direction, team player, positive attitude, ability to multitask, comfortable with change, and committed to continued education. Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting patients and checking them in
  • Uploading patients updated health history forms, financial/hipaa forms into the system
  • Collecting payment on patients accounts
  • Treatment planning patients treatment for preauth or to send home with patients
  • Scheduling patients next appointments
  • Posting insurance payments
  • Sending insurance claims & preauths
  • Uploading x-rays & reports into patients accounts
  • Emailing and communicating with patients and specialists
  • Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures if needed.
  • Cross training with all duties in office

Requirements:
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks- we use Eaglesoft software
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistently professional appearance and attitude.
  • Able to provide great patient care.
Excellent pay DOE with benefits after the waiting period (Time off pay).
Our office hours are Monday- Thursdays 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
